We are always listening and replying to customers emails and looking for ways to improve our service to our customers. So as result of arden grange, burns and wafcol reducing the sizes of their bags, we only thought it was fair to allow our customers to use any available space that would of been used by your regular purchase of 2 x 15kg bags, so that you can buy treats and accessories for your dog without being charged delivery.

We have also extended the Free Space Delivery Deal, not only to dog food but also any item that comes with free delivery too, allowing you to get more for less!

The shopping basket will now tell you how muchspace you have available to use in your box for additional items, just look out for the box below that specifies the weight in kg's left in your box.

 

Burns changes bag sizes from 15kg to 12kg

Like other premium pet foods, burns dog food plans to follow in the footsteps of other brands like arden grange and wafcol that have recently changed their bag sizes from 15kg to 12kg, but also rename a few of their most popular dog foods too!

New RRP prices for Wafcol Dog Food

Wafcol have just released the new rrp prices that will be introduced from the 19th September 2012. So naturally we thought it would be a good idea to let customers know in advance if they wished to stock up. In addition to the price changes Wafcol Senior Salmon & Potato will be reduced in size from 15kg to 12kg just like the adult varieties and we presume at some stage the puppy will be reduced in size too, but we have not heard anything to say if this will happen anytime soon.

Arden Grange - RRP for New 12kg Bags

As discussed in May 2012 on our blog, Arden Grange will slowly introduce the new 12kg bags over the next few weeks and have told us the new recommended retail prices for the bags in following varieties, so we thought it was only right to let you know in advance.

Obviously we won't be charging the RRP prices, but the prices are set to rise by online pet food suppliers due in part to the reduction in bag size from 15kg to 12kg and the lamb & rice price has increased more than the other dog foods. So we suggest you stock up in the next couple of weeks, especially if you have several hungry dogs to feed whilst there are still 15kg bags available.

Buy your dog biscuits in bulk and save a little extra!
